Select the Microsoft Office logo in the upper-right corner. Select Inactive Logistics Postal Address. Sign in to the add-in by using your credentials. However, keep in mind that data is not shared directly in Office 365. As the application comes with a free trial version, I would suggest testing it in your environment to see if it exactly meets your requirements.

However, it is doubtful that others will be able to update your list, unless you are all within the same organization.
