The transaction fee is supposed to power your store continuously. However, you only have to pay this fee whenever a customer makes a purchase from you. Web1 I will mark this as solved after i spoke to a shopify support tech about the situation. He stated that any transaction that is not coming from the POS will have the options for receipt and refund via the POS greyed out.
