This can be very usefaul, as those meshes can then use the same animations and animation blueprints. When authoring, the annoying issue is to get the bone orientations correct. WebFeb 20, 2024 · Blender will always add an Empty or bone and call it the name of your rig. It looks like Unreal interprets that as a bone either way. This issue is because in Blender a rig is an object. And under that object are bones. I don’t know of any way to export from Blender without the added root.
